Pickup and delivery policy
Pickup Process:
Pickup will be through our website or WhatsApp on 01143334291
For same day pickup, we should be notified before 1:00PM through our website or WhatsApp, after 1:00PM, pick up will be the next day.
If 3 or more orders are handed in one pick up, pick up will be free of charge.
If there are less than 3 orders, an EGP 50 will be charged.
Orders with special sizes or special handling requirements should be clearly stated from your side when requesting a pickup and needed pre-approval for it from our customer support team.
Unlabeled packages won’t be accepted by the runner.
Maximum weight for any shipment is 3KG
Delivery process:
Delivery times will start from 11:00AM till 5:00PM daily (except Fridays)
The client should provide us with all the required data (Name, Phone number, Address, etc) and that to be attached well to the package.
Our policy is to avoid clients opening the package, but if the business wants to open the shipment that should be mentioned on the package.
Shipment will be returned after 3 attempts with a full delivery amount.
Different rates for same day delivery (check with customer support) based on availability and zone area.
Fragile items policy:
Items that are fragile or need extra care, should be mentioned from your side and labeled clearly with the “Fragile” label.
We offer an extra service in Fastrove, to pack your fragile items properly with an extra charge.
Cancellation & Return policy:
In case of cancellation of the order after the pickup, an amount of 50EGP will be deducted from the COD.
Returned items from the client fees will be charged 50EGP.
Exchange items will be charged for the pickup fees (50EGP) in addition to our stated zones amount in addition to extra (20EGP).
If the Recipient returned the order and refused to pay the shipping fees, the full shipping amount will be deducted from your COD automatically.
COD from the clients:
Shipments with COD up to 5000EGP will be charged as our zone rates.
Shipment with COD from 5000EGP to 6000EGP an additional 10EGP will be added to the delivery rate fees.
Shipments from 6000EGP to 7000 EGP an additional 10 EGP will be added to the delivery rate fees.
We can make cash collection with 1% of the total amount (with minimum delivery fees 50EGP)
No shipment or cash collection above 7000 EGP will be collected by the runner.
Cashback options:
Collect your COD from the office (must be notified 1 day before)
Cash back by runners up to 5000 will be charged as our zone rates (weekly)
Cash above 5000EGP to 10,000EGP,1% will be deducted from the total amount (and will be sent weekly).
Amounts more than 10,000 is not eligible for the runner to carry
